The Task: At the end of this professional development day, you will:

• develop an appropriate project name
• acquire a basic understanding of the use of the Apple Laptop Lab with wireless Internet access
• brainstorm processes and guidelines to help manage the equipment
• develop ideas and ways that this technology can be used in the Integrated Day program
• explore various software and hardware capabilities of the equipment
• design an initiating activity for students that incorporates this new technology
• learn about and participate in a real-life experience through webquest process
